ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, EFEKTIVITAS KERJA DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BINGEI AGUNG MEDAN
Abstract
This research aims to describe the effect of compensation, work effectiveness and work culture on employee’s work performance at PT. Bingei Agung Medan. This research took place at PT. Bingei Agung Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from April 2023 until August 2023.
This research uses census method (saturated sample). Research respondents are employees at PT. Bingei Agung Medan, 70 (seventy) people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from compensation variables, work effectiveness variables, work culture variables and work performance variables. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of the coefficient of determination.
Based on the results of partial analysis or t test where the value of t > t table means that between the compensation variables, work effectiveness and work culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Bingei Agung Medan.
Based on the results of simultaneous analysis or F test where the calculated F value > F table means that the compensation variable, work effectiveness and work culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Bingei Agung Medan.
The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, R2 of 0,996. The adjusted r square figure shows the coefficient of determination. The adjusted r square is 0,790 or 79%. This means that 79% of changes in employee’s work performance variables are caused by compensation, work effectiveness and work culture, while the remaining 21% is caused by other variables that are not included in the research, for example: discipline, leadership, motivation, work satisfaction, performance productivity, etc.
